Contributions structure

Following a decision from the STEP Market Committee, please note that the process below will be applied in case of non-payment of the STEP contributions: 

1. A reminder will be sent within a reasonable period after the contribution letter has been sent. 
2. Following the reminder, the issuer will have one month to pay its contribution.

After such period, the issuer will be notified of the withdrawal of the STEP label to the unpaid programme. 

We kindly remind you that such contributions cover administrative costs and are applied as follows:

• € 5000,- for new STEP programmes; 
• € 2000,-/year for existing STEP programmes management.
